Upper back/neck pain in teens?
I’m a teenager and since about the middle/end of December, I have had upper back/neck pain almost every night. I’ve heard that it can happen because of depression and/or stress. I’m not depressed and I don’t think I’m THAT stressed out.
Is there something wrong with me? Is this normal? Have you ever had it and what’d you do to get rid of it?
