About a month ago, my mum went to the doctors and hospital because she was in severe pain in her neck and she was diagnosed with a trapped nerve. She has since been to the doctors 3 times since, prescribing her lots of different pain killers. These pain killers are working and she is now sleeping properly, but these only mask her pain, they do not cure. She also went to see an osteopath 4 times, but she has stopped as she cannot afford it and it wasn’t helping her that much. Now she has a lot more movement and less pain in her neck, but the pain has traveled all the way down her left arm and into her fingers for the past month, which is causing her a lot more pain. She is now waiting to be referred to physiotherapy, and in the mean time she cannot work or do anything at all hardly. Does anyone have any exercises to recommend to help with her arm not her neck, as the osteopath did tell her that her arm would be the last thing to get better. Thanks
